At Cherry Hill Health & Racquet Club (CHHRC), we offer a variety of birthday party themes for all ages. All of our parties are fully hosted and jam-packed with fun!
Our Kids Party Themes include:
Sports - Led by CHHRC’s energetic staff, a sports party is a perfect choice for any active child. In recognition of different ability levels, our sports parties are divided into two groups based on age-appropriate activites. Our “Little Kids” sports party (ages 1 to 4) takes place in one of our studios, where your child can choose from activities such as: an obstacle course, relay races, parachute, extreme freeze dance, tag, and soccer. Our “Big Kids” sports party (ages 5 and up) takes place on our full-sized basketball court, where your child can choose from activities such as: basketball (our nets lower to 8 ft.), flag football, dodge ball, soccer, volleyball, kickball, wiffleball, relay races, obstacle course, tag, and capture the flag. Don’t just pick one activity. Choose at least two or three! You just can’t go wrong with a Sports Party!
Tennis - Taught by CHHRC’s tennis professionals, your child will experience the exciting sport of tennis in a fun, semi-instructional environment. He/she will play tennis-related games facilitated by our pros on one or two of our 12 tennis courts. We provide the pros, courts, racquets, and balls. All you need to bring are the kids! Note: Tennis party scheduling will depend on court and pro availability.
Superhero/Princess - Let us make all of you child’s dreams come true on his or her birthday! Led by LuLoo, CHHRC’s very own musical, spunky, and magical fairy, your imagination will run wild with this party theme. The birthday child is greeted by their costumed party host and receives a special prize. The kids engage in dance, song, party games, storytelling, and creative art projects. The hour of activity ends with a parade in honor of the birthday child, where the kids dress in costumes and play instruments they’ve made themselves. The grand finale of the parade is a special song just for the birthday child. We guarantee a magical and adventurous time!
Note: LuLoo and her friends can be a variety of characters and personalities resembling Cinderella, Snow White, Mary Poppins, Spiderman, Rescue Heros and much more.
The Ultimate -We pull out all of the stops with this party theme! We provide three party hosts who will shower the kids with constant activity on our full-sized basketball court. The kids will fly high in CHHRC’s own moonbounce, race through an obstacle course, dodge giant cage balls, play their choice of a sport, and bust a move in extreme freeze dance. Your child will have the party of a lifetime with this pick!
Dance/Cheerleading - A CHHRC Dance/Cheerleading party fills one of our studios with music, movement, energy, and fun! Our staff of experienced dancers will lead the kids in combinations and stunts to bring it all together for a final performance before the parents. Our instructors will allow time for games and free-style dance. If you choose this theme don’t forget the camera!
Note: Favorite songs may be requested. We will incorporate pom-poms into the routine, supplied by us.
Gymnastics/Kids Yoga - Playful, energizing and empowering a Gymnastics/Yoga party will stretch, balance, round, roll, and move your child! In one of our studios the kids will warm up like a dog, stretch like a tree, move like a snake, jump like a frog, and cool down like a cat. They will then be taught basic tumbling skills on state-of-the-art apparatus. They will leave stretched, refreshed and ready to flip over the fun they had!
Arts & Crafts - If your child is creative and enjoys artistic projects, this is the party for them! The kids will be led through 2-3 art projects in one of our studios. The birthday child can choose from projects such as: jewelry, painting, instruments, collages, key-chains, t-shirt decorating and clay. Your child will go home with memories crafted by his/her own creativity!
