Your Training Program

When you first meet with your trainer, they’ll assess your fitness needs and work with you to create a customized fitness program based on your goals and capabilities.

During our one-on-one consultations, your trainer will demonstrate proper use of equipment and weights to demonstrate proper injury prevention techniques to enhance your workouts.

Several training options are available at CHHRC so that you can find one that works for you. One on one, Team Personal Training, as well as half hour and hour long sessions are all available so that you can find the dynamic, level of attention, and scheduling option that meets your needs.
