In 1992, Bill Parisi started out toward a dream. His All-American track career over, he saw numerous limitations in the way American athletes were training for sport, and he wanted to help remedy the situation. Armed with a motivational speech, some equipment and a $500 van, Bill drove to high schools in New Jersey looking for coaches and teams that wanted to take advantage of state-of-the-art training techniques. That was the singlehanded beginning of what has now become a multi-personal approach to changing the face of American athletics as we know it. That was the birth of the Parisi Speed School.
More than 20 years and 65 Parisi Speed School franchises later, the dream continues to expand. With more than 100,000 athletes from every level of athletics having experienced the Parisi Speed School, the program has become nationally recognized as the leader in performance enhancement training. This national movement will continue to expand in the coming years to allow any athlete to take advantage of the Parisi training experience.

The Parisi Speed School has allowed athletes from age 7 to the pros to do two things: improve their athletic performance and, more importantly, develop a higher level of self-confidence.

Speed Training for Athletes of all Ages

The Cherry Hill Parisi Speed School successfully enhances individual and team athletic performance in tennis, basketball, football, hockey, track—any sport requiring speed, agility, flexibility and a strong mental game. We offer an array of programs for individual athletes of all ages and all skill levels. Parisi Speed School at Cherry Hill also offers youth sports training, high school sports training and team training.

Parisi Speed School Jump Start (7-11) Program

Parisi Speed School Jump Start (7-11) Program is geared for athletes between the ages of 7 and 11 in order to leverage the most critical years in a child’s life for motor skill development.

Our signature youth speed training, youth agility training and youth sports performance training improve coordination and self-esteem. Parisi Speed School’s Jump Start (7-11) Program is a must for any young athlete who wants to develop foundational athletic skills to gain a competitive advantage.

Every athlete in the Jump Start (7-11) Program must first go through our mandatory comprehensive evaluation to assess strengths and weaknesses in areas such as speed, coordination, change of direction, and mobility.

The Jump Start (7-11) Program incorporates youth speed training and youth agility training techniques to enhance:

Total Performance Training (12+)

Parisi Speed School’s Total Performance (ages 12+) Program was developed to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance with cutting-edge techniques for young athletes at the ideal sports performance training ages of 12 and over.

Athletes in this group are able to perform the basic requirements of our program and are at the beginner level for strength training. Athletes in this group have enough experience to allow more intense levels of training. The typical age range for this group is 12-15.

Every athlete in the Parisi Total Performance (ages 12+) Program will Train to Win,® but they must first go through our mandatory comprehensive evaluation to assess strengths and weaknesses in areas such as speed, agility and coordination. After the initial evaluation, the athlete will be placed in one of the two groups below, depending on athletic performance level and age.

Sports training camps by Parisi Speed School at Cherry Hill are perfect for dedicated high school, college and professional athletes ages 17-plus in the South Jersey area. P.E.A.K. (Parisi Elite Athlete Knowledge) empowers athletes to take their game to the next level and ensures that they will be ready to overcome any challenges thrown their way.

P.E.A.K. focuses on specific strength- and speed training techniques centered on an athlete’s individual needs, recovery, nutrition, and regeneration. P.E.A.K training is unmatched in its intensity and utilizes advanced training methodologies to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus.

Private & Semi-Private Training

At Paris Speed School at Cherry Hill in South Jersey, we tailor our speed, strength and agility training to many popular sports. We’ve successfully trained athletes and teams to increase their flexibility, endurance, speed and agility for sports such as basketball, football, soccer, baseball, lacrosse and more.

Our private 1:1 sessions are constructed to meet the specific needs of the athlete, while still delivering the skills and techniques that are considered the foundation of all Parisi Speed School programs.Our small groups maintain the same standards that 1:1 training provides, except sessions are based upon multiple athletes, instead of just one. The size of the group can range between 2-4 athletes. Athletes are typically grouped by similar ages and skill levels to provide a competitive environment.

Whether you coach football, soccer, basketball, lacrosse or another sport, the Parisi Speed School Team Training Program at Cherry Hill can help your team improve their game.

The team evaluation tool helps coaches to gain a better understanding of their team’s current athletic abilities and help them use that knowledge to improve with additional team speed training or sports team training.
