Our strength and resistance training classes use free weights combined with cardio exercises for overall toning and whole-body fitness.

Abs & Ends

(no choreography)

Squat, crunch and lunge your way to fabulous abs and lean legs! We’ll hit these famous trouble spots and tighten them in a hurry. Light weights may be used in this muscle-toning workout.



Cardio Muscle

This multi-level muscle strengthening and toning class also offers an unbelievable cardio workout. Cardio Muscle is a 45- to 60-minute class using body bars, dumbbells and balls to tone and condition muscles while raising your metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.

Ladies, we know your time is limited. This is what you asked for: a get in, get results and get out strength training and cardio class utilizing the machines in the Women’s Only Fitness Center. All levels are welcome!
