Swimming For Fitness

Swimming is one of the best workouts; no other exercise works as many muscles of the body. Combined with a proper diet and regular exercise at Cherry Hill, you’ll build strength, cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Swimming also burns calories, boosts metabolism and puts less stress on your joints than other exercises.

We’re pleased to provide our members with a facility near the club for swimming—at no additional charge!

As a member of Cherry Hill Health and Racquet Club, you have access to the Jersey Wahoos Indoor Swim Club during designated hours. Members are allowed to visit Jersey Wahoos eight times per month (or twice per week), and they must present their Cherry Hill membership card when signing in at the front desk. Because swim programs are held at varying times, we recommend calling ahead or visiting the Jersey Wahoos website to learn about open swim times.
