Gentle Yoga

This traditional yoga class focuses on proper form with flowing postures and poses. The focus on breathing and self-awareness while improving strength and flexibility will help free your mind and bring you peace and tranquility. (Mats and props are provided.)

Prenatal Yoga

Create a conscious connection to your body, your breath and your baby. Nurture your baby and soothe your soul throughout your pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga can help you find more comfort and peace of mind during each stage of pregnancy and beyond. In addition to poses for the body and breath and meditation for the mind, you’ll also connect with a community of women who share this journey. This series is suitable for all trimesters, and all levels of experience are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and water.

We support moms at Cherry Hill! Babies as young as six weeks are welcome at our FunZone, so that new mothers can return to their healthy routines as soon as they’re able!



Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). The Ashtanga method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. This process produces intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs for improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a deeply meditative and relaxing practice that involves holding postures for an extended period, targeting the connective tissue and fascia of the body. All levels are encouraged to try this restorative class. (Mats and props are provided.)



Core Power Yoga

This vigorous vinyasa yoga class combines the strength and stamina of Ashtanga, the props and alignment of Iyengar, and intense core work for a powerful practice. Get ready to sweat to great music as you flow through your practice with lightness, ease and a sense of play.

Kids’ Yoga

Cherry Hill’s Kids’ Yoga class is an infusion of movement, stories and games for children ages 7-11. Students will also learn traditional yoga with poses, breath work and relaxation techniques in a fun atmosphere. This is an exciting opportunity for children ages 7-11 to develop body awareness, self-confidence and healthy habits.
