Indoor Cycling is a multi-level ride with great tunes to energize you! A motivating instructor will take you through a physical and mental workout using guided imagery and visualization to enhance your performance. Whether your goal is to ride around the block or complete a triathlon, you can truly take this cycling class at your own pace. Held in our private indoor cycling studio.
New to spinning? Get comfortable with a 15-minute introduction to spinning, basic setup, safety, bike positions, breathing and heart-rate monitoring, followed by a 30-Minute Express Ride class, perfect for those new to spinning as well as those who are seasoned looking for a quick cardio workout. All spinning positions will be included, and all are optional during your ride.
