Along with a personal fitness consultation, they’ll assess your level of fitness and physical needs and design a personalized workout regimen so you can see results.

Our Sessions

During our one-on-one consultations, we’ll also demonstrate the proper use of equipment and weights help you get the best weight loss or strength training results to begin or restart your fitness program safely.

We have several personal training options at Cherry Hill, so that you can choose the package that’s right for you. We offer one-on-one personal training and small-group training sessions, as well as half-hour or one-hour sessions.
