Whether you’re a runner or golfer, tennis player or new mom, chances are you’ve heard about the benefits of Pilates. Those who have experienced Pilates say they’ve seen improvements in range of motion, flexibility, circulation, body awareness, balance, posture and abdominal strength, while they experience less back, neck and joint pain. At Cherry Hill Health and Racquet Club, we offer an integrated approach to Pilates using all the apparatuses invented by Joseph Pilates. both Pilates Reformer classes and Pilates Mat classes for a well-rounded approach for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
With our new program, there’s something for everyone! If you prefer more individual attention, you have the option to work one-on-one with the instructor. Enjoy the camaraderie of a group class or workout with a friend in a duet! The choices are endless!
If you don’t see a day/time that works for you, please let us know! If you have two or three friends that are ready to get started, we will create a time-slot especially for you! Minimum of three people is required.
