Youth Fitness Programs

As a family health club, Cherry Hill Health and Racquet Club is committed to offering plenty of fitness options for our younger members. Our Junior Responsibility Training program offers a free half-hour session with a personal trainer to members ages 12-15. This session helps familiarize our junior members with the exercise equipment and teach them proper techniques to avoid injury.

Junior Responsibility Training

For our members ages 12-15, we offer the Junior Responsibility Training program. Kids meet with a personal trainer for one half-hour session to ensure they are familiar with all equipment, use proper technique and, most importantly, they have a safe workout.
