For the past six years our daughter has been training at the Parisi Speed School in Cherry Hill. She started working out in the group sessions, and utilized all of the great trainers at Parisi. While the group training at Parisi is excellent, we soon opted to start the one-on-one training sessions with Brian Thomas. Brian put together workouts that were tailored to help her excel in the specific sports she played, and the impact on her athletic skills was apparent very quickly. Brian not only develops an athlete's physical skill, but he helps them with their confidence both in sports and in life, and has helped my daughter to be a better person.

Parisi Speed School Cherry Hill, specifically Brian Thomas, has been a wonderful asset to my girls in their growth during youth and high school sports. They have become stronger, faster and more confident in themselves as they play and their coaches have definitely taken notice. Brian creates an environment that is safe and friendly for kids of all ages and abilities to learn to love exercise. The support they receive helps them become leaders in their sport both mentally and physically. We look forward to many more years of training at Parisi.
