  • Brian ran track through high school and into college at Rowan. After he finished competing, he has spent the last several years coaching sprints and jumps at the University of Tennessee and Harrington Middle School in Mout Laurel.
  • Some of Brian’s personal bests from his days running track include running 10.6s in the 100m dash; 21.9s in the 200m dash; 48.6s in the 400m, and jumping 22’6″ in the long jump.
  • Brian teaches our Linear Speed and Change of Direction classes, while working with many individual clients in various sports including track, football, soccer, lacrosse and field hockey.
  • He is going to challenge your athlete mentally as much as he will physically. He wants to see your child perform at their best – both here at Parisi and when he comes to their games!

  •  A three-sport athlete her whole life, Liz continued competing at the    Division II level for ESU’s volleyball team and track and field team as a thrower. She holds three school records in throwing, was the 2013 & 2014 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Champion in the 20lb. Weight Throw, and was ranked 35th in the nation for Division II.
  • Liz has a background in 6 different sports which is why she loves being a sports performance coach at Parisi. She continues to volunteer coach at the middle school and high school levels for throwing.
  • As our lead strength specialist, Liz has an extensive 7-year background in Olympic lifting, power lifting, and creating strength protocols for group and individual training.
  • She loves nothing more than seeing you reach a new personal best whether it’s a faster time or maximal effort lift– and seeing that type of confidence translate to confidence in your sport!

  • Leanne is certified through AAAI and graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in April, where she has received education in human anatomy, physiology, strength training, program design, Olympic weightlifting, and nutrition
  • Leanne became a personal fitness trainer so that she can share her love for health and fitness and how it has changed her life with others
  • She wants to work with people to help them reach their fullest potential through increased physical and mental strength!
  • Leanne’s passion for fitness began early when she started participating in competitive cheerleading and has not stopped growing since.
