Program director
Brian is a graduate of Rowan University with a bachelors degree in Psychology as well as a graduate of the University of Tennessee, earning his masters degree in sport psychology. He ran track throughout high school and in to college. Some of Brian’s personal bests include running 10.6s in the 100m dash, 21.9s in the 200m dash, 48.6s in the 400m, and jumping 22’6″ in the long jump.
Brian teaches our linear speed and change of direction classes, while also working with many individual clients in various sports such as track, football, soccer, lacrosse, softball, and field hockey. He is going to challenge you mentally as much as he will physically. He wants to see you perform at your best, both here at Parisi and when he comes to your games!
Assistant Program Director
Blair graduated from Widener University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in English. She is currently studying to become a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). Blair also competed in cross country and track at both the Division I and Division III level, giving her a unique perspective on all side of training development. Some of her personal records include running 18:51 in the 5k and 5:17 in the mile.
Blair teaches a variety of our group classes, while also working with many individual clients in various sports. She is passionate about helping athletes to not only just accomplish their goals, but to exceed all of them too!
Parisi Performance Coach
Nate earned a varsity letter in football, basketball and baseball at Winslow Township High School. He continued with football into college as a Junior College All-American. He was a Top 3 Ranked TE in the nation 2009 and 2010, finishing his collegiate career at Morgan State University. Earned Pre-season All-MEAC and CFPA honorable mention player of the week. Nate grated from Morgan State University with a degree in sociology which aids him in his coaching.
Nate’s goal is to pay forward as much of the knowledge that was passed down to him. He has a passion for the various sports hi played and wants to share those experience with young athletes. He understands the value coaching can provide to athletes and will push both the athlete and the parent to be at their best!
Parisi Performance Coach
Emma is an undergraduate student at the University of Kentucky, with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in Coaching. She has trained and worked in the Parisi program for 6 years. In her time as a Parisi athlete, she has learned all about proper running mechanics, and many strength and conditioning techniques that she now applies in her coaching tactics, and has helped in her career choice.
Emma wishes to pursue a career in Athletic Training and Coaching, as well as potentially entering the field of Physical Therapy to aid those recovering from sports-related injuries. Emma also played soccer for Shawnee High School and GPS Marlton, a competitive club team.
Parisi Performance Coach
Ennis is a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He believes in the importance of both nutrition and exercise as it pertains to the overall health of an individual. He s a former little league, high school, and collegiate athlete and knows the importance of discipline, consistency, and accountability.
Using both his education and his experience, Ennis wants to shape the fitness and nutrition industry by combining the mind and body to help enable optimal performance with athletes. He has a passion towards student athletes and looks to make an impact on the next generation by equipping them to succeed at the next level on and off the field.
Parisi Performance COach
Andre is an undergraduate from Lock Haven University with a degree in Sport Administration. He competed in Track and Field primarily as a 400 meter hurdler, only running a year because of injury. Andre also served as a Track and Field Coach at Martin Luther King High School for five years, coaching athletes to the State meet all five years and placing athletes in the top 8 three years. Andre is certified USATF Level 2 and Sprint Science certified and wants to motivate and inspire young athletes of all ages
Parisi Performance COach
Sarah graduated from Cinnaminson High School in 2020 while competing in 2 varsity sports as well as club soccer. She now attends Rowan University where she studies Exercise Science while playing for the Women’s soccer team. She plans to pursue a master’s degree at Rowan, then eventually a doctorate in Physical Therapy. Sarah started training at Parisi at the age of 9, and started Total Performance classes by age 10. She later transitioned into 1 on 1 training with Coach Brian.
