Five Components of Our Sports Performance Training Program
Performance Evaluation: Assesses current athletic ability, identifies strengths and weaknesses, and groups athletes accordingly. Each athlete will use the results of their evaluation to select a training program designed to fit their needs. The program will be a customized combination of speed, strength, flexibility and nutrition training.
Speed Training: Our signature speed methods focus on improving an athlete’s technique and conditioning, resulting in sprint efficiency and increased speed.
Strength Training: Teaches athletes how to strengthen the muscles used in springing to reduce injuries and cover more ground per stride. Athletes who complete this program will have the skills to continue to build strength on their own.
Flexibility Training: Develops a faster and safer athlete by increasing range of motion, reducing the chance for injury, and allowing for a longer, more efficient stride when sprinting.
Nutrition Training: Improving an athlete’s diet through education can create good eating habits, maintain optimal body weight, and increase energy and self-esteem, with the final result being a faster athlete.
