HIT Summer Camp

 

Cherry Hill Health & Racquet Club is now offering the perfect summer training program for your serious athlete. Your child will not only focus on their physical training, but also work on tactical scenarios, “Chalk Talk” and much more, to ensure they’re prepared for their upcoming season.

 

HIT Camp will run for 10-weeks from June 25—August 27, 2018. We offer full and half day options for your convenience. We’re also offering MULITPLE WEEK DISCOUNT packages, where you can save money by registering for as few as FIVE weeks, if that’s all your tournament schedule will allow—or the full 10-weeks!

Daily Training Schedule

8am—10am

Skills and Drills 

Hand feeding Spanish movement drills / Tactical feeding drills /  Serve and return drills /  Parisi rotation

10am—11am

Off Court Preparation

Yoga / Spin Class / Video Based Training /  Strength & Conditioning

11am—12:30pm

Structured Point Play

Weapon Development / Tactical scenarios / Game Style Point Play / Tactical Automation

12:30pm—1:30pm

Lunch Break

1:30pm—4pm

Semi Privates and Supervised Match Play

Cancellation and Refund Policy

There are no refunds for summer camp registration except for medical reasons and with a doctor’s note. Credit can be applied to your account at Cherry Hill. All refunds to your account must be used within three months of the date of the refund.
