You'll learn how to build your yoga practice from the ground up. Our knowledgeable yoga teacher, Veronica, will help keep your body safe and your mind focused during practice. Build concentration and confidence so you can feel comfortable walking into your next yoga class!
Don't have a mat? No problem! We have all the props you need.
