Isabel is a collegiate athlete competing on the Ursinus College Track & Field team, where she specializes in the long jump and triple jump.

Before joining the Parisi team, Isabel trained as a Parisi athlete for five years while attending Cherry Hill East High School. During her time at Cherry Hill East, she was a three-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track teams and was selected as team captain, demonstrating both athletic excellence and leadership.

As a former Parisi athlete, Isabel brings a unique perspective to the program. Having experienced the training firsthand, she understands what it takes to develop as an athlete and how the Parisi system helps athletes reach their goals.

Today, Isabel serves as Staff Assistant and Social Media Manager, helping support athletes and families while assisting with evaluations, administrative operations, and day-to-day program needs. Her positive energy, leadership experience, and athletic background make her an invaluable member of the Parisi team.
