Personal Trainer

Trisanne is a group fitness instructor as well as a NASM certified personal trainer.  For more than 30 years she has been teaching classes, training clients one on one as well as specializing in small group/team training programs. She likes to incorporate functional training by using TRX Suspension as well as KettleBells for all levels. Trisanne has trained collegiate and high school athletes as well as senior citizens and everyone in between.  Certified for cycling and weightlifting, these are 2 of Trisanne’s favorite classes to teach, besides Kickboxing for a super athletic workout. She also teaches Pilates Reformer for individuals and groups.
