Youth Fitness


At our family-oriented health club, we encourage youths to cultivate a healthy lifestyle and stay fit from a young age. Cherry Hill Health & Racquet Club helps youths learn how to responsibly exercise and use fitness equipment so that they can get the most from their workouts and prevent injury.

All members ages 12-15 undergo our Junior Responsibility Training program. This half-hour session ensures that they are familiar with all equipment, use proper technique, and observe safety precautions so they can work out safely!
